Prize Location

• Prize eligible area: within 20km of Couch Flooring Bude and Wadebridge. Prizes not deliverable/installable outside this area may be substituted or declined at Couch Flooring's sole discretion.

Giveaway Overview

• Promotion: A room carpet makeover prize.

• Prize inclusions: Outlet carpet selection, professional installation, underlay, and grippers for a room up to 16m2.

• Eligibility: UK residents aged 18 or over.

• Entry Window: Opens January 9th 2026 and closes 11:59 25th January 2026.

• Winner announcement: January 26th 2026.

• Prize non-transferable: No substitutes, gift cards, or cash alternatives.

How to Enter

To enter the giveaway, you must complete all of the following steps:

• Like the giveaway post on our social medial channel (either Instagram or Facebook)

• Follow our official account on the corresponding platform: @CouchFlooring (Instagram) or @CouchFlooringLtd (Facebook)

• Tag your friends in the comments of the giveaway post (one tag per comment; you may enter as many times as you like, but each comment must contain a single friend tag).

• UK residents aged 18 or over only.

• Ensure you comply with all eligibility requirements and these terms.

• Note: We reserve the right to remove any entry that is incomplete or violates these terms.

Eligibility

• You must be a resident of the United Kingdom.

• You must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

• Employees of Couch Flooring, its affiliates, its advertising and promotional agencies, and immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling) or household members of such employees are not eligible to enter.

• Couch Flooring reserves the right to verify eligibility and to disqualify any entry at any time for any reason, including but not limited to non-compliance with these terms or fraudulent activity.

Prize Details

• The prize is a room carpet makeover up to 16 m², including:

  •   Your selection of carpet from our outlet store

  •   Professional installation

  •   Underlay

  •   Grippers

• The prize is non-transferable and no substitutions will be offered.

• No cash alternatives or credit notes will be provided in place of the prize.

• If the prize is unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value, subject to applicable law.

• The prize is awarded subject to the winner meeting all eligibility criteria and abiding by these terms.

Terms & Conditions

Winner Selection and Notification

The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries received during the entry period.

The winner will be contacted via the social media account used to enter within 1 day of the closing date.

If the winner cannot be contacted or does not reply within 7 days of the initial contact, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner at its sole discretion.

Claiming the Prize

The winner must arrange and cover any additional costs not included in the prize (such as access restrictions, disposal of existing flooring beyond the scope of the prize, or any structural work required beyond standard installation).

The Promoter will coordinate the carpet selection and installation within a reasonable timeframe after prize acceptance, subject to availability and scheduling constraints.

General Conditions

Couch Flooring's decision is final regarding all aspects of this promotion and is binding.

Couch Flooring reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion at any time, including in the event of force majeure, without liability.

By participating, entrants consent to the use of their name, likeness, and entry content for promotional purposes in any media without additional compensation (where allowed by law).

The promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram, or any other platform used for entry.

Publicity

The winner may be required to participate in reasonable publicity related to the promotion, including posting of photos or video after the makeover.

By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to such publicity if requested.

Liability and Disclaimers

Couch Flooring accepts no responsibility for: (i) any technical issues that prevent a user from entering; (ii) any entries that are not received due to any technical fault or network issue; or (iii) any loss or damage to property or persons arising from the prize or its use, except as required by law.

The prize is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind other than required by applicable law.

Privacy and Data Handling

Personal data provided by entrants will be collected and processed for the purpose of administering the giveaway.

By entering, you agree to Couch Flooring's privacy policy and the handling of your data as described therein.

Limitation of Liability

Couch Flooring shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the promotion or use of the prize, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

Miscellaneous

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
