Yes, we can provide fitting services for products purchased from the outlet if needed. However, using our fitting services is completely optional; you are welcome to arrange installation on your own. If you choose to use our services, we would need to come and measure your space and provide an estimate for the fitting. Please ask our staff for more details.

Yes, we offer delivery services for our outlet purchases! If you've selected flooring that is too large for your vehicle, we can arrange delivery for you. Please note that free delivery is subject to a minimum order amount and is available for customers located within a specific radius of our outlet store. Our delivery service is kerbside only. Can I visit the outlet without an appointment?

Yes, you can visit the outlet without an appointment! We are open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 10:30am - 4:00pm Wednesday 10:30am - 3:00pm. If the outlet door isn't open when you arrive, please feel free to pop into the Couch Flooring showroom and a member of our staff will be happy to assist you and show you the available options.

Is parking available at the Outlet?

Yes. The nearest parking is the Jubilee Road pay and display car park, which is just around the corner from our Wadebridge showroom and outlet and only a short walk away.

If you are collecting flooring, you are welcome to pull up directly outside the outlet for loading. For general visits and browsing, we recommend using the nearby car park for convenience.

Can I reserve an outlet product I see online?

If you see a product in our online outlet section that you like, feel free to give us a call! If the item is still available, we will do our best to hold it for you. However, please note that we strive to keep our online store updated, but due to the high turnover of products, it's not always possible to guarantee that the exact items are still in stock. We appreciate your understanding and will do our best to assist you!

No, we do not offer returns or exchanges on outlet items. All purchases are final, including hard flooring products, which cannot be returned once sold. Once carpet rolls are cut to size, they are considered final sale and cannot be returned. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to choose carefully when selecting your flooring.
