At our outlet, we accept both card payments and cash. This ensures a convenient shopping experience for all our customers. Please feel free to choose the payment method that works best for you.
Yes, we can provide fitting services for products purchased from the outlet if needed. However, using our fitting services is completely optional; you are welcome to arrange installation on your own. If you choose to use our services, we would need to come and measure your space and provide an estimate for the fitting. Please ask our staff for more details.
Yes, we offer delivery services for our outlet purchases! If you've selected flooring that is too large for your vehicle, we can arrange delivery for you. Please note that free delivery is subject to a minimum order amount and is available for customers located within a specific radius of our outlet store. Our delivery service is kerbside only. Please contact us for more details on delivery options and pricing.
Yes, you can visit the outlet without an appointment! We are open Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm. If the outlet door isn't open when you arrive, please feel free to pop into the Couch Flooring showroom and a member of our staff will be happy to assist you and show you the available options.
Yes, there is ample parking available for our customers. We have dedicated spaces opposite the Couch Flooring showroom, as well as parking directly outside the outlet store. Additionally, there is plenty of free on-road parking nearby, making it convenient for you to visit us.
If you see a product in our online outlet section that you like, feel free to give us a call! If the item is still available, we will do our best to hold it for you. However, please note that we strive to keep our online store updated, but due to the high turnover of products, it's not always possible to guarantee that the exact items are still in stock. We appreciate your understanding and will do our best to assist you!
No, we do not offer returns or exchanges on outlet items. All purchases are final, including hard flooring products, which cannot be returned once sold. Once carpet rolls are cut to size, they are considered final sale and cannot be returned. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to choose carefully when selecting your flooring.
New stock and remnants are continually being added to our outlet, so there's always something new to discover! We encourage you to pop in regularly, as our inventory changes frequently and you might find the perfect flooring options just waiting for you.
